I found this message in my mail box. It was forwarded to me by a friend of mine who cared about me. So I decided to post it to my blog because I care about my readers. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this “sludge” reacts with the Continue reading this entry »
Now that year 2007 is almost elapsed. We should never be care free in our daily activities. As known, HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is more frequently transmitted through unprotected sex or sharing contaminated needles. Transmission from mother to fetus or through blood products has significantly declined in the United States. There are other ways with which HIV can be transmitted from an infected. Assume an infected person sits on a chair that has a sharp metal bulge out of the sofa which injures a HIV patient and unknown to a HIV negative person sits and the chair and is injured by the same metal, the person becomes infected.
As we go out for our daily activities we should take precaution in our place of work, public places like the bus stop e.t.c so we do not get our self injured by any sharp object that may have injured an HIV positive person. Also when we go for parties like birthday party, marriages and other, we should not allow people place tags on our cloth as one might get injured in the process and who knows if the tag pin has been infected. We should also endeavor to play safe; we zip-up, be faithful to our partners and use CONDOMs. We should take precaution so we do not learn the hard way and be sorry for ourselves.
Taking precautions from HIV/AIDS, avoid Continue reading this entry »

Debit card and Credit card fraud is a problem that has grown over past few years, even though the vast majority of purchases go through without incident.
I once asked myself, how these thieves are able to get debit card information for their own use in draining their victim’s bank account, without them having your original card.
Thieves have used electronic skimming devices to copy debit and credit card data. They then capture the cardholder’s PIN, typically with a hidden camera, and create duplicate cards to drain that person’s bank account. Continue reading this entry »
Generating Google sitemaps for your blogger blog is not possible as you can do with your website hosted on a server that has Python 2.2 or later installed. Not submitting a sitemap for your blog makes it at times difficult for Google to index all posts on your blog. The good news is that there is a way to get all this done.
Login to your blogger dashboard, navigate to Settings > Site Feed and set Allow Blog Feed to Full. After you have done this you can use the feed atom URL of your blog http://blogname.blogspot.com/atom.xml (replacing blogname with your own blog name).
Login to your Google webmaster tools page https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ click on the site (blog) you want to add sitemap, Continue reading this entry »
